Job Description

Ahmedabad Dental College and Hospital is seeking a proactive and courteous Relationship Executive to join our Team. This role is central to ensuring a seamless patient experience from the first phone call to their visit on campus. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide

patients through the hospital departments, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely support to all queries with professionalism and empathy.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound calls from patients and visitors with courtesy and clarity.
  2. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, treatment plan coordination, and patient feedback.
  3. Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems with patient interactions and resolutions.
  4. Serve as the first point of contact at the hospital helpdesk.
  5. Guide walk-in patients and visitors throughout the campus to departments, OPDs, labs, X-ray, and diagnostic areas.
  6. Provide accurate information about doctor availability, consultation hours, and hospital services.
  7. Call patients post-treatment for follow-up or feedback on services.
  8. Coordinate with departments to ensure follow-ups are conducted smoothly.
  9. Maintain a database of feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant teams.


Administrative and Computer Skills:

Proficiently operate computer systems for data entry, appointment booking, and generating reports.

Update patient records and service logs in the hospital’s digital systems.

Assist in maintaining departmental communication through emails and internal software.


Eligibility:

  • Minimum Education: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or hospital front office roles is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry software).
  • Pleasant personality, patience, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with hospital or clinic environments.
  • Ability to multitask between telephonic duties and physical helpdesk support.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and departments is a plus.
