Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the best solution.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Follow up on previous conversations and maintain client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
