Relationship Executive-CEQ-Sales-Kota - Ghorewala Circle-J grade

As a Sales Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to acquire, develop, and maintain client relationships while effectively managing the direct sales team to not only meet but exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) and Portfolio growth of the Business for the Region - Monitor and manage various financial aspects including interest income, cost of funds, fee income, total value of outstanding loans (Auto & Non-Auto), and the overall health of the portfolio - Drive customer acquisition by adding new customers, promoting multiple products to each customer, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain corporate tie-ups to enhance business opportunities and revenue streams - Oversee documentation and audit processes to ensure compliance and efficiency Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline In this role, you will play a crucial part in the financial success and growth of the business by effectively managing client relationships, sales team, and various financial aspects.
