Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Associate located in Kerala.
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- The role involves managing relationship with Bank Staffs, frequent engagement and trainings across mapped branches.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 1 Year Experience
- Strong Analytical Skills for market and client analysis
- Experience in Business Planning
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proven track record in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
