As a Reinsurance Structuring & Placement professional in the Life Insurance or Health Insurance sector in Mumbai, your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing facultative and treaty reinsurance solutions for Life & Health insurance products. - Collaborating with both domestic and cross-border reinsurers to secure competitive terms and coverage. - Creating reinsurance programs that adhere to regulatory and business requirements. - Structuring both proportional and non-proportional treaty arrangements. - Engaging in Market Engagement & Relationship Management by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with international reinsurers, cedents, and regulatory bodies. - Negotiating treaties with key reinsurers and developing retention strategies. - Having prior experience in Life & Health Reinsurance with a specific emphasis on facultative and treaty placements.
