As a Model/Anlys/Valid Intmd Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and validating risk measurement and analysis methods for various risk types such as market, credit, and operational. Your role will also involve conducting statistical analysis for risk-related projects, data modeling/validation, and utilizing quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods including SAS programming, SQL, and Visual Basic programming language. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and validate risk measurement and analysis methods - Conduct statistical analysis for risk-related projects - Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods - Prepare statistical and non-statistical data exploration - Analyze and interpret data reports and make recommendations addressing business needs - Generate statistical models to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data - Automate data extraction and preprocessing tasks - Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in a relevant field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated and detail-oriented - Project management and organizational skills - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience In this role, you will have a moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses" core activities.
