Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regulatory Compliance Officer located in Jaipur with some work from home flexibility. The Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DGCA and UAM laws, developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting regulatory research, and performing compliance audits. The officer will also work closely with other departments to address compliance issues, provide necessary training on regulatory updates, and manage compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Knowledge of finance and its implications for regulatory compliance
• Experience in aviation or transport design is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI systems and electric flying vehicles (eVTOLs) is a plus
