About The Role

Designation: Regulatory Compliance Analyst
Qualifications:Any Graduation
Years of Experience:3 to 5 years
What would you do? Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talentLooking for someone with AML and Fraud mgmt experience.Strategize, architect, Analyse, design, implement and contribute to engagements involving tools and processes associated with the prevention (or management ) of fraud.What are we looking for?
Written and verbal communicationBanking OperationsBack OfficeDisputes & Fraud
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibilities/Experience ?End to end knowledge in the areas of Fraud investigation, Fraud Detection, Dispute & Chargebacks.

Understanding of Regulations and Truth in Lending Act?Knowledge on how to onboard claims to Visa/Mastercard systems.

Advanced Proficiency required in English Language for comprehension (B2 EN prerequisite)?3-year minimum experience in working in Fraud Investigation, Fraud Detection, Chargebacks.

Effectively address customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone.

Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Provide clear and actionable recommendations to enhance both user experience and compliance.Others?Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.

Ability to establish strong client relationship?Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically and make rational data driven decisions?Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.

Preferred experience in customer handling, end-user interactions through chats, emails, etc.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
