Job Description

Job Title: Regression Testing Engineer Location: Noida/Gurgaon, Mumbai Work Hours: Full-time with US overlap (Preferred: -5 hours overlap) Duration: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a Regression Testing Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance. This role specifically focuses on the development and execution of manual and automated regression test suites , as well as ensuring database compatibility and accurate backend functionality across platforms and systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain manual and automated regression suites to ensure consistent system behavior. Perform deep database validation to confirm data accuracy, consistency, and compatibility. Integrate test suites with CI/CD processes for automation and fast feedback. Run system, integration, and cross-environment tests. Track and report bugs clearly and follow up on their resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA efforts during sprint planning. Required Skills: 5–7 years of experience in QA with strong focus on regression testing . Strong grasp of database compatibility testing and SQL . Knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Robot Framework, PyTest . Familiar with CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies. Excellent communication and analytical thinking. Show more Show less
