Role Description

We’re looking for a meticulous and driven Regression Test Manager to be part of our Quality Assurance efforts. This is a remote role, based anywhere in India, with flexibility and only a 4-hour overlap with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications by managing test strategies, executing both automated and manual regression tests, and collaborating closely with development teams.

What You’ll Do

• Be part of the execution and enhancement of automated regression test scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium
• Perform manual regression testing and maintain established test guidelines and documentation
• Conduct performance testing to identify and resolve issues impacting speed and responsiveness
• Manage regression testing assignments within Jira (experience with xRay is a plus)
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, diagnose, and fix regression issues
• Continuously refine regression testing practices and propose improvements
• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and cases while analyzing and reporting results

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in both manual and automated regression testing
• Strong understanding of regression testing methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in scripting automated tests (Selenium required; Cucumber BDD a plus)
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with performance testing tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Jenkins for automation
• Familiarity with xRay for test management
• Exposure to test management frameworks and continuous integration setups
