Job Title: Registered Nurse (Night Shift) - Patient Monitoring & Rhythm Monitoring *Reports to: Physician in USA(California) Job location- Mohali Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift, focusing on Remote Patient Monitoring and Remote Rhythm Monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients remotely, identifying potential health issues, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Monitoring: - Monitor patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and other relevant data remotely. - Identify potential health issues and notify the healthcare team. - Respond to patient inquiries and concerns. 2. Rhythm Monitoring: - Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms remotely. - Identify and document any abnormal rhythms or changes. - Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely interventions. 3. Chronic Care Management: - Develop and implement care plans for patients with chronic conditions. - Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and self-care. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. 4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams. - Provide empathetic and patient-centered care. Requirements: 1. Licensure and Certification: - Current RN licensure in the state of practice. - Certification in telemetry or remote monitoring preferred. 2. Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in patient monitoring or telemetry. - Experience in chronic care management preferred. 3. Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer: 1.
