Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)
• 1-3 years of clinical or home-care experience
• Mandatory Skills:
• Patient care & nursing procedures
• Home visit nursing service delivery
• Wound care, injections, medication administration, vital monitoring
• Ability to collaborate with doctors, hospitals, and family members
• Strong communication & documentation skills (EHR preferred)
• Compassionate, disciplined, and ethical approach to patient care
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care at patient homes as per physician instructions
• Conduct routine home visits for assessments, medication administration & monitoring
• Track and record patient vitals and observation reports accurately
• Coordinate care plans with doctors, specialists, and families
• Maintain hygiene, safety, equipment readiness, and confidentiality
• Educate patients and families about treatment and aftercare
