As a candidate for the position at OneBanc, you will play a crucial role in driving the FinTech revolution of the future. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic direction and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission, goals, and objectives. - Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to monitor financial performance and manage resources effectively. - Offering investment advice to clients in accordance with SEBI regulations. - Handling all compliance matters and communications with SEBI. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience as a Principal Officer in activities related to advice on financial products, securities, funds, assets, or portfolio management. - Post-graduate degree or post-graduate diploma in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital markets, banking, insurance, or actuarial science OR Post Graduate Program in the Securities Market (Investment Advisory) from NISM with a duration of at least one year OR Professional qualification by obtaining a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute. - Active NISM Certification in financial planning, fund management, asset management, portfolio management, or investment advisory services. - Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive synergy.,
