The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for the W&W department in the assigned region - Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers - Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that all visual merchandising is aligned with the company's brand image and standards - Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge - Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all stores are following the visual merchandising guidelines - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to visual merchandising strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies to continuously improve our displaysQualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry - Strong understanding of design principles and trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Willingness to travel within the assigned region as neededAdditional Parameters: - Knowledge of watches and the luxury retail industry is a plus - Experience in managing a team is preferred - Fluency in local language(s) is preferredIf you are a creative and driven individual with a passion for visual merchandising and retail sales, we encourage you to apply for the Regional Visual Merchandiser-W&W position at Titan.
