About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to define and drive our brands visual identity across offline stores and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising guidelines, designing store planograms, leading creative communication, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FMCG or consumer brands , combining creative vision with commercial understanding to deliver impactful, customer-centric visual experiences that enhance brand presence and drive sales. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising & Guidelines Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines for all retail formats, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing direction. Design, manage, and maintain store layouts, planograms, and display standards to optimize visibility and product performance. Conduct regular store audits to ensure high-quality execution and identify improvement areas. Creative & Graphic Collaboration Partner with the graphic design team to create compelling store creatives, POS materials, and campaign visuals . Support the design team with creative concepts, captions, and visual storytelling to elevate overall brand presentation. Lead visual planning for store openings, product launches, and marketing activations . Digital & Website Support Lead the visual direction for website content, including product images, homepage banners, lifestyle visuals, and promotional creatives , ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience. Work closely with the graphic design team to develop and execute website visuals, layouts, and content that reflect the brands tone and aesthetic. Oversee content quality, image curation, and visual storytelling to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints. Ensure that the online brand experience aligns seamlessly with the offline retail presentation . Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, retail operations, and category teams to align merchandising strategies with brand and business goals. Manage vendors and production partners for displays, fixtures, and other merchandising assets. Preferred Background Experience managing multi-location retail environments and leading visual merchandising teams . Strong vendor management and budget planning experience. Exposure to omnichannel retail visual strategy (offline + digital). Ability to balance creative innovation with commercial effectiveness . Preferred candidate profile Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, or a related creative field . 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail design , preferably within FMCG or consumer brands . Strong understanding of planogram design, store layouts, and brand aesthetics . Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar design tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling .
