Regional Visual Merchandiser - Lucknow

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the visual merchandising activities across all stores to ensure standard displays are maintained and create a visually appealing environment. Your role will involve training store personnel, following up on adherence to VM guidelines, and submitting monthly reports on VM. You will also be involved in planning VM for new stores and executing mannequin dressing plans. Key Responsibilities: - Correct all VM in all stores and maintain standard displays - Create a VM champ in every store and train store personnel in VM - Ensure stores follow VM guidelines provided by the brand - Follow up on adherence to VM guidelines and submit monthly reports - Plan VM for new stores and open all stores with 100% VM standards - Execute mannequin dressing plan 100% and submit monthly store opening reports - Maintain visual changes in all stores according to store grading - Design and execute window displays across all stores and provide quarterly reports - Ensure store hygiene checklist and report is in place and implement store-wise PPC and checklist Qualifications Required: - Graduation / PG diploma in Fashion Management / Retail Operations Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects, creative thoughts for connecting VM with customers, hands-on experience in communicating VM strategies, and relevant visual experience in a retail background.
