 All store personnel must be trained in VM

 Ensure the stores follow the VM guidelines given by the brand

 Follow up on adherence to VM guidelines

 Monthly report on VM

Plan for New Store VM

 Plan for VM for all new stores

 Open all stores with 100% VM standards

 Mannequin dressing plan to be executed 100%

 Submit monthly store opening reports

Maintain Visual Appeal

 Visual changes in all stores to be ensured according to the grading of stores

 To upkeep visual appeal of the store – fresh and strong

Designing & Window Displays

 Design and execute window displays across all stores across the country

 To keep up the visual appeal of all stores

 Quarterly reporting on the same.

Store Hygiene

 Ensure store hygiene checklist and report (along with RSMs

 To get basic store hygiene standards in place

 Prepare and implement store-wise PPC and checklist

Education:

 Graduation / PG diploma in Fashion Management / Retail Operations

Key Skills and Attributes:

 Ability to manage multiple projects.

 Creative thoughts for Connecting VM with Customers.

 Hands on experience in communicating VM strategies and ability to effectively.
