Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Vice President of Sales, located in Mumbai. The individual will oversee regional sales operations while driving business growth through strategic planning and team leadership. Key responsibilities include managing sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales performance. The role also involves supporting sales teams, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring achievement of revenue goals within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in Account Management and Sales Operations, ensuring client satisfaction and optimized processes.
• Experience in Business Development, identifying opportunities for growth and building lasting partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing sales teams and delivering on targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a SaaS sales environment is highly desirable.
