Regional Transport Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced RTO Manager for our Used Car Division based in Gurgaon, Haryana. As an expert in RTO operations, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with motor vehicle regulations, managing documentation, and coordinating vendors to enhance the used car experience. Your primary responsibilities will include leading seamless RC transfer processes, ensuring compliance with state-specific RTO regulations, and managing RTO agents and vendors. You will also oversee documentation submissions to financial institutions and lead a team of RTO executives, conducting internal audits for process adherence. Additionally, you will be expected to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams for a better customer journey, and have hands-on experience with platforms like Parivahan, vAuto, and AAX. Your in-depth knowledge of MV Act, pollution norms, and RTO tax structures will be essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in RTO operations (preferably in used car aggregators), strong leadership and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
