JOB OVERVIEW

Regional Training Manager

As per requirement

The role will be responsible to build & enhance functional capability of all functions, play a crucial role in the

development and implementation of training programs, assessing our training needs & designing and delivering

curriculum to address those needs with the goal to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and overall

engagement.

Minimum Qualification Graduate in any field

Desired Qualification Masters / PGD

Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.

Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software

5 - 6 Years of experience

Relevant - Worked as a Training/Regional Training Manager or Experience in BFSI Segment will be preferred.

Should be ready to travel as per requirement

Certification in L&D & OD will add advantage to the profile.

Responsible to conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with regional and local managers to identify skill gaps and training requirements by

analysing performance metrics, employee feedback, and business objectives to determine training priorities.

KEY DESCRIPTION

Monitor training expenses and provide regular reports on budget utilization.

Build strong relationships with regional and local managers to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.

Collaborate with HR, L&D, and other departments to support company-wide training initiatives.

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs (in-person & Virtual) tailored to the needs of the region

Responsible to identify and coordinate external resources/ approaches for capability building

Responsible to provide performance support to newly joined employees & plan intervention
