Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager for Maharashtra in Madhya Pradesh, your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Agri-input/Seed industry. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly are also key responsibilities. Additionally, preparing sales reports and presenting them to senior management is part of your role. Qualifications required for this position: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Agriculture sector, preferably in sales - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field is preferred Please note that the job location is in person, and the working hours would be on a day shift schedule.,
