Description
As a Regional Sales Manager at HARMAN Lifestyle, your role will involve driving RDs sellout across offline channels, executing sellout initiatives, collaborating with NDs sellout team, and overseeing business operations in the Car Aftermarket and Car Showroom segments. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales growth through effective management of channel partners and distributors. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with key dealers and retailers. - Taking ownership of business performance for Car Aftermarket products at dealer locations. - Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Enhancing market penetration and strengthening brand visibility. - Expanding retailer network and improving retail footprint. - Stay informed about new product offerings and ensuring effective communication with channel partners. - Implementing best practices to boost sellout performance. - Strategically planning and managing the placement of retail fixtures in stores. - Executing retail marketing initiatives to support sales objectives. - Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market share trends. - Sharing market insights and customer feedback with marketing and product development teams. - Ensuring all partners are regularly updated on Harman's latest products and solutions. - Maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasts, and detailed territory plans. To be successful in this role, you should possess 12+ years of hands-on experience in Dealer and Retail Management, with a preference for candidates from the Car Aftermarket or Automobile industry. Additionally, having a strong focus on maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and analysis will be crucial. Bonus points if you have an MBA in Sales & Marketing from top colleges and proficiency in Excel along with skills in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. In this role, you will be required to travel and the work location will be in Mumbai.
