Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • B2C Sales channel sales in an open distribution model.
  • Sales and distribution for region Hyderabad
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets, category and share objectives.
  • Plan and execute local trade marketing programs.
  • Deliver numeric distribution objectives for direct and indirect distribution.
  • Manage customer payments and debtor objectives.
  • Manage a team of ASM/Sales Executives and Salesforce through resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery.
  • Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA from premier institute. Graduation from any discipline
  • At least 6 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with team management & customer management skills
  • Experience with reputed B2C companies in leadership positions in their segments
  • Industry preference FMCG/Foods/Paints/Lubes/Tyres/Con sumer durables
