Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-Achieve targets and increase market share in new vehicle retail financing and used vehicle sales.

- Managing the end to end funnel from Login to Disbursal (New Vehicle Financing) and Login to Delivery (Used Vehicle Sale).

-Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals across the region.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and partners.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.

-Extensive travel across the region to meet with dealers, customers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

-8+ years in automotive sales, vehicle financing (3W or 4W segments).

-At least 3 years in a regional or area manager role managing multiple showrooms and dealerships.

-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
