Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of speciality lubricants (greases) to OEM customers in the region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development. Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies designed to meet regional objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market conditions and customer insights to identify opportunities for expanding the companys market share within the lubricant sector.
  • Set specific, measurable goals for the sales team and create action plans to achieve them, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics in the lubricant industry.Utilize data analysis tools to gather and interpret market intelligence, enabling the formulation of informed sales strategies.Stay updated on industry developments and innovations to identify potential impacts on sales and business opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, enhancing their skills and professional development.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12+ years of experience in selling speciality lubricants (greases) or similar products in the automotive industry.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business through effective relationship-building skills.
