Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling the banking operations.
Sales of all banking products for the region (Merchant Onboarding, Devices MATM, Biometric) as per the targets set by management
Monitor sales for all the team members
Distributor visits for business development and business growth
Increasing the remittance throughput for the region
Increasing the AEPS / Micro ATM throughput for the region
Ensuring maximum CASA is done in the region
Training and mentoring the team
Activation of all the merchants
Retention of existing Inactive merchants
Experience Required in Domestic Money Transfer or Telecom

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have Distribution and Channel sales/Remittance Sales/POS Machine/Money Transfer/ BFSI experience for 7-8 years.
Candidate must have excellent experience in Team Handling and well versed with Rajasthan
and nearby areas.
