Regional Sales Manager- Punjab, Haryana & J&K

As a Regional Business Manager (RBM) at Jupiven Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in leading sales and business growth in the Punjab, Haryana & J&K region. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving regional sales targets through doctor prescriptions. - Leading, coaching & developing Area Business Managers (ABMs) and their field teams. - Ensuring effective doctor coverage, call planning & brand promotion. - Building strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships in dermatology & cosmetology. - Identifying new market opportunities and potential relationships. - Tracking competitor activities and sharing market insights. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in Pharma / Life Sciences / Business; MBA preferred. - 8-12 years of pharma sales experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role (Dermatology/Cosmetology preferred). - Strong network of dermatologists & cosmetologists in Punjab, Haryana & J&K. - Proven track record of driving prescription-based sales. - Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills. - Willingness to travel extensively.
