Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business opportunities for modular kitchens / Wardrobes / Doors by engaging with High Rise B
uilders & Architects.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Track upcoming residential and commercial projects to proactively pitch companys kitchen solutions.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal design, production, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Achieve defined sales targets, contribute to market share growth, and support strategic initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Key Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).
Proven track record of success in
project sales
in the modular kitchen, furniture, or building materials industry.
Strong network and connections with architects, builders, and interior designers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
