The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems across the value chainfrom raw material procurement to product installation at the customer's location. Key Responsibilities: Define, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures. Monitor all stages of production to ensure product standards are maintained. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage inspection teams for incoming material, in-process checks, and final product validation. Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (ISO, BIS, etc.). Set up and monitor quality metrics and performance indicators. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager Metal Works to lead our new Aluminium and Metal Fabrication Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication, press shop operations, die casting, and tooling, and must be capable of driving product development as well as managing day-to-day production operations Role & responsibilities : Lead the setup and operations of the Aluminium and Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop. Oversee end-to-end development and production of metal and aluminium-based products including sheet metal, pipes, flats, and glass-integrated assemblies. Manage tool and die development, press shop activities, and die casting operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Collaborate with the design and R&D teams for new product development and prototyping. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for metal and aluminium processing. Ensure timely and quality-driven production while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators. Use CAD/CAM software for tooling and product design validation. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for tools, dies, and raw materials.
