Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives.
Drive penetration of premium poultry pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage and grow key accounts, including large poultry integrations and veterinary distributors.
Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the regional poultry sector.
Coordinate closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement.
Establish strong relationships with veterinarians, poultry consultants, and key influencers.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in all sales practices.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in poultry pharmaceutical sales, with at least 35 years in a regional or senior leadership role.
Proven success in key account management and market development.
Strong network within the poultry health ecosystem – including integrations, consultants, and large-scale farms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
