Lead, coach, and develop a team of District Sales Managers (1st line managers) and Medical Representatives (Cancer Care Specilalist) to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales targets, market penetration, and growth of oncology products across the region.
Build and maintain strong engagement with oncologists, hematologists, hospitals, cancer institutes, and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
Ensure effective execution of marketing strategies, product promotions, and scientific engagement initiatives.
Plan, review, and monitor sales performance, business plans, and territory coverage.
Facilitate training, motivation, and performance management of the team.
Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company values.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Science / Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of delivering sales results in specialty/oncology markets.
Strong network and relationships with oncologists and key stakeholders in the region.
