Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned region.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead project sales initiatives in the faucets, ceramics, bathroom fittings, and sanitary ware markets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  3 to 6 years

  of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plumbing, sanitary ware, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, bathroom fittings, and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
