Regional Sales Manager (North)

Duke Fashions India Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (North Region) to lead sales growth, distribution expansion, and franchise development across North India.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
Manage and drive sales through distributors, franchisees, and key retail partners
Lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to deliver consistent results
Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities within the region
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and competitor activities to ensure growth
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
Ensure strong brand visibility, retail presence, and channel profitability
Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Business, or Retail
8–12 years of experience in apparel / fashion / retail / FMCG sales
Proven experience in regional team leadership & distribution management
Strong understanding of market expansion, franchise development, and retail operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the North region

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
