Job Description

Role Summary-

high-ticket sales for luxury residential turnkey execution projects

Key Responsibilities

Drive
high-value residential turnkey execution sales
(luxury apartments, villas, independent homes).
Promote and close sales of
premium doors and windows
as part of residential projects or as standalone high-ticket offerings.
Handle
HNI / UHNI residential clients
, converting qualified leads into turnkey execution and product contracts.
Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
: client meetings, site visits, requirement assessment, proposal discussions, pricing coordination, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, prominent architectural firms, and referral partners
in the luxury residential market.
Coordinate with
estimation, procurement, and execution teams
to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
Achieve assigned
regional revenue targets
for turnkey projects as well as premium doors and windows.
Maintain a robust pipeline, accurate forecasts, and timely sales reports.
Ensure smooth handover of closed projects to execution and delivery teams.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven ability to close
high-ticket residential deals
Strong product-selling capability for
premium building materials
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of residential execution workflows and timelines

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of relevant sales experience
, preferably in luxury residential, turnkey execution, or premium building products.
