Position: Regional Sales Manager - LAP Location : Visakhapatnam Key Purpose of the Job : The role holder is responsible for the achievement of sales targets and conversion of leads to customers at a Regional level. The role holder is also responsible for managing the sales processes in the region, developing process improvements and reducing turnaround time. Ensuring adequate staffing in all the sales teams in the region is also a critical responsibility of the role holder Education Qualification / Skill sets required: - Graduate / Post graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing - Must have prior experience of 12 - 18 years in Loan Against Property - Must have good knowledge of the local - Good Communication Skills Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales in the region 2. Build, manage and promote relationship with DSAs in order to generate new customer leads 3. Manage and lead the branch and area managers 4. Interface with the customer and provide efficient service 5.
