Role Overview

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager with strong IT solutions experience, strategic thinking, and a proactive sales approach.

🧭 Experience: 5+ years in IT product/solution sales with solid IT infra knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales and achieve targets.

• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → proposals/BoQs → closure → post-sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for pricing & solutions.

• Promote our portfolio:

• 5+ years in IT infra / hardware / system integration sales.

• Strong technical & commercial understanding.

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

• Experience preparing BoQs & working with OEMs.

• Ability to work independently; willing to travel.
