Job Description

RSM is a Regional Sales Manager, a crucial second-line leader overseeing a specific geographical area, managing Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs) to drive drug prescription, implement sales strategies, hit targets, and grow market share by engaging with doctors and ensuring product availability. They act as profit centers, focusing on team motivation, strategy execution, market analysis, and new product launches, making them key to a pharma firm's sales success. Key Responsibilities of an RSM:

  • Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and motivating ASMs and their teams (MRs) to achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Implementing company-wide strategies within their region, focusing on key products and driving volume.
  • Doctor Engagement: Working with the team to build strong relationships with doctors, provide product info, and encourage prescriptions.
  • Performance Management: Analysing sales data, monitoring team performance, and ensuring productivity.
  • Market & Inventory: Overseeing territory planning, stockist management, new product launches, and market share growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
