Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / or related field (preferred).
8-10 years of experience in industrial valve industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for valves and related products in the North Region or East Region or South Region
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Expand distribution network and strengthen channel partner relationships.
Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities across industries.
Regularly track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and region-specific business development plan.
