Job Description

Business Development Property Acquisition

Identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Lenskart stores within the assigned region.
Manage retail property searches and coordinate with key stakeholders such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.
Conduct detailed location and catchment analysis for new store locations.
Lead negotiations for rentals, landlord scope of work, and final property acquisition terms.
Coordinate legal due diligence and oversee all documentation required for signing and acquiring new properties.
Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless execution up to store launch.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities, including both organic expansion and acquisitions.

Job Requirements

Minimum
2 years of industry experience
; willingness to travel is mandatory.
Any graduate degree.
Strong negotiation skills and the right attitude with an
entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset

High level of commitment and passion for results.
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
