Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch sales performance by achieving targets for Current Account, Savings Account, and other liabilities products.
Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of bank's products such as insurance, investment products, etc.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and retain customer loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a high level of service quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
