Key Responsibilities: - **Leadership:** Create a productive work environment for the team to achieve goals efficiently. - **Setting Clear Goals:** Establish achievable goals for the team and ensure clarity on individual roles. - **Delegating Tasks:** Assign tasks based on team members" strengths, set deadlines, and monitor completion. - **Motivating Team Members:** Inspire team members to perform at their best, recognize achievements, and provide feedback. - **Monitoring Performance:** Track team performance, provide updates, and address conflicts. - **Providing Training and Development:** Identify training needs, offer coaching, and facilitate professional growth. - **Effective Communication:** Ensure clear communication within the team and with upper management. - **Strategic Planning:** Develop strategies to achieve team objectives and adjust as necessary. - **Problem-Solving:** Address challenges and find solutions to keep the team moving forward. - **Channel Management:** Coach the team to monitor inventory levels, align with distribution plans, and ensure smooth order execution. - **Drive Sales:** Achieve primary and secondary sales objectives, engage customers, focus on product mix, and manage sales funnel. - **Documentation:** Create, update, and maintain necessary documents, ensure compliance, organize and store documents securely, and review for accuracy. - **Review Responsibilities:** Review documents for accuracy, conduct compliance checks, provide feedback, and report findings. - **Clinical Excellence:** Stay updated on clinical studies, differentiate products from competitors, ensure team is trained on new products, and maintain high-quality interactions. - **Quality:** Facilitate communication with clients, address complaints, support corrective actions, ensure approval processes are followed before sharing products or advertisements.
