Job Description

Person having experience of more than 11 years in Gensets sales
Individual should be preferably from Engine manufacturing Company and not Genset OEA
He should be an Engineer+ MBA with personality to interact and get business from OEA Principals(OEAs have turnover from Rs 100-Rs 500 Cr)
Experience of following in Gensets sales: Dealer appointment and management
Direct sales of Gensets
He will be responsible for Corporate sales in his region/state
He should be able to assist OEA in participation in GeM/Non GeM Tenders
Able to maintain relations and liaison with Government departments in his area
Should have good competition knowledge in terms of their ratings,OEAs,market share,pricings etc
A committed and goal oriented individual, with a positive can-do attitude
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
Multi-tasking & ability to engage with multiple stakeholder like Sales, Marketing,
After-market & Plant team

Responsible for KEY Accounts

Liasioning and getting business done through Genset OEA,his teams and dealers
Interaction with Institutional customers-Government and Corporate customers
To customise solutions along with plant team customer awareness along with marketing team froward
Ensure customer satisfaction alongwith after market team Internal reviews,guidance,startegy,way
