Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage regional sales team to achieve monthly targets through effective distribution management, stock availability, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase beverage sales volume growth in Punjab region by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with distributors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of business plans and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning decisions.
  • Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, inventory levels, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Distribution Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade channel management principles.
  • Proven track record in Beverage industry or similar sector preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and stakeholder engagement.
