Role & responsibilities

  • Manage regional sales performance across PAN India, focusing on General Trade and Distributors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive sales volume and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning and optimize sales efforts.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual targets while contributing to overall organizational success.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing with expertise in General Trade & Distributor handling.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
