Job Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. Own recruiting, goals setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Responsible to source and generate prospective leads through Direct business. Responsible for their target achievement towards the Business. Ability to achieve complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation to final negotiation with clients. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Find emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of technology/IT Solutions/software sales experience in an individual contributor. Successful earlier experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically needed. A master's degree or MBA may be preferred or beneficial.
