Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Cochin. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Daily tasks include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies and tracking performance
• Ability to lead and mentor a sales team
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the innerwear or fashion industry is mandatory
