Drive channel-wise schemes, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to boost sales. Market Penetration & Business Growth Expand distribution footprint by identifying and onboarding new channel partners in underpenetrated markets. Optimize market coverage and depth through effective beat planning and channel mapping. Ensure 100% availability and visibility of key SKUs at retailer points. Targeted Sales Promotions Plan and execute localized sales promotions and schemes to push sell-out at dealer counters. Track ROI of schemes and recommend improvements for better conversion. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance with strong MIS discipline. Monitor distributor KPIs like stock holding, secondary sales, claim settlement, and aging reports. Conduct regular performance reviews with field executives and channel partners. Market Intelligence Continuously gather competitor intelligence on pricing, schemes, and channel activities. Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic interventions.
