Key Responsibilities:Sales Target AchievementDeliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (primary & secondary).Own and execute sales plans for designated territories to drive revenue growth.Continuously analyze sales data, identify shortfalls, and implement corrective actions.Channel Sales ManagementBuild, manage, and grow a robust distributor and dealer network in the region.Ensure timely billing, dispatch, and collections from channel partners.Drive channel-wise schemes, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to boost sales.Market Penetration & Business GrowthExpand distribution footprint by identifying and onboarding new channel partners in underpenetrated markets.Optimize market coverage and depth through effective beat planning and channel mapping.Ensure 100% availability and visibility of key SKUs at retailer points.Targeted Sales PromotionsPlan and execute localized sales promotions and schemes to push sell-out at dealer counters.Track ROI of schemes and recommend improvements for better conversion.Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance with strong MIS discipline.Monitor distributor KPIs like stock holding, secondary sales, claim settlement, and aging reports.Conduct regular performance reviews with field executives and channel partners.Market IntelligenceContinuously gather competitor intelligence on pricing, schemes, and channel activities.Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic interventions.
