Job Description

Role Overview

  • Lead the Enterprise Sales team in the designated region to achieve revenue targets for both Core Business (MFP, A4 Hardware) and Strategic Business (OPS, UC, and MCS). Ensure that these targets align with the regional business plan.
  • Engage with both existing and prospective customers to strengthen the KM brand and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop a highly productive field sales team that meets and achieves the business targets for the assigned region, the following objectives are set:
  • Assign annual, quarterly, and monthly targets to team members.
  • Effective management of Man Managers (Group Sales Manager)- Direct Reportee
  • Conduct regular reviews with each sales manager to assess the quality and quantity of the sales funnel created.
  • Accompany team members on customer visits to validate the sales funnel and position the appropriate products.
  • Ensure that a sufficient sales funnel is maintained to meet revenue and unit targets month over month. Facilitate the smooth flow of order execution from the branch to the head office, ensuring customer expectations regarding deliveries are met.
  • Oversee device installations and ensure payment collection through the respective teams.
  • Efficiently manage the sales team to ensure consistency, employee satisfaction, and long-term retention. Address and minimise conflicts within the team and among cross-functional staff to deliver better results and create a positive working environment.
  • Support the sales team in achieving results that align with the companys objectives while adhering to established policies.
  • Optimise pricing realisation to protect the company’s margin levels.
  • Encourage the sales team to promote after-sales contracts to generate ongoing business.
  • Maintain transparent sales deals to prevent future dissatisfaction among clients.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with customers to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Periodic business review through CRM Data, business direction, and a corrective plan of action
