Regional Sales Manager (Vijayawada)

As a Regional Sales Manager for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily and long-term operations of the company's distributors and stores within the assigned geographic region. Your primary responsibilities will include setting and adjusting sales goals based on individual selling patterns, providing support to distributors, executives, and teams, and ensuring the proper ordering and shipment of products based on regional needs. Your role will also involve mentoring and training managers and assistant managers, planning and executing staff training programs, overseeing sales promotions, and taking a lead in hiring and employee retention processes. Your expertise in the field of stationery sales, combined with 15 years of sales experience, particularly in FMCG and stationery sectors, will be essential for success in this role. You will need to have a strong educational background with at least an undergraduate degree, preferably in sales and marketing. Experience in managing distributors, stockists, and sales executives throughout the state is crucial. Proficiency in English and Telugu languages is required, along with a willingness to travel extensively as the work location will be on the road.
